Cake Decoration & Sugar Art

Butter Cream for Beginners

Lessons cover methods of decorating butter cakes including borders, stars, writing and figure piping with your own individual style. Please bring pen and paper as tutor advises you what you will nedd for the next session.

Basic Photography SLR (Digital & Film)

This course is for those who wish to have an understanding of how to use their SLR cameras, how to use the manual functions, aperture shutter, white balance etc., and the basic principles of digital camera’s involving night photography compositions, landscapes, portraits light exposure and analysing. BYO Camera

Photography SLR (Digital and Film)  Level 2

To further your understanding of white balance the usage of colour filters to gain more creativity in your photography.  Excursions to some popular places Melbourne and the waterfront, portraiture, still life, flash photography will be covered.  To join this class, students must complete the basic course.

French Conversation for Travel

This is a support group for anybody with intermediate level French and includes conversation.
